Cancellations​

 Please provide at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

 

Cancellations with less than 48-hour’s notice will not be entitled to a refund and the full session fee is payable. 

 

 

Rescheduling

​Please provide at least 48-hour notice if you need to reschedule your appointment.

 

I will make every effort to reschedule your appointment to the next available slot that works for you.

 

Appointment fees that have been pre-paid will be carried over to the new appointment time, not refunded.
